All rights reserved. The Bbyrent name and logo identify our business and may not be used to represent any other.

What you may do

Browse the site, link to any page, and quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link back. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to index and quote the site on the same terms.

What you may not do

Reproduce the site's design or any substantial part of its content, scrape it at scale, or present our work, our reviews, or our results as those of another business. If you would like permission for a use these terms do not cover, ask us through the consultation form and we will answer plainly.

How to read our figures

Numbers we publish, such as portfolio earnings, occupancy, and retention, are historical results across the homes we manage. They are offered so you can judge our track record, not as a guarantee of what any property will earn. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or tax advice.
